Construction Manager / Lead Technician in Plant and Piping Construction

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Construction Manager / Lead Technician in Plant Engineering (m/f/d) for the Frankfurt, Mainz, and Wiesbaden region.
Your RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management and scheduling of assembly workers involved in the project
- Communication with Our Customers on Site
- Participation in regular construction meetings
- Preparation of or participation in (welding) technical documentation and inspections
- Documentation and coordination of daily work activities
- For smaller groups, appropriate cooperation
- Safe and proper use of equipment and resources such as tools and machines
- Consistent compliance with general safety regulations in the petrochemical – and chemical industries, as well as with company-specific guidelines
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the metalworking field (e.g., industrial/plant mechanic, metal fabricator, or similar)
- Several years of experience in the field of piping and plant construction
- Analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team, and experience in managing staff
- Experience in the field of welding technology
- Experience in creating and reading isometric drawings, flowcharts, and technical drawings
- An independent, conscientious, and technically sound approach to work and the organization of workflows
- Availability for installation in Germany and neighboring countries
- Ability to work as part of a team, strong commitment to quality, willingness to perform
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Possession of a driver's license and a personal car
- Good knowledge of German; basic knowledge of English is a plus
